Low cost Group and Individual Supervision to support those starting out in Private Practice as well as our more established therapists.  At The Red Chair Therapy, we focus on 'giving back' to our peers and understand the challenges of running a practice.

Stress Management Training, Students

As students move into Year 11 or Year 12, you may notice signs of stress. It's important to provide them with skills and strategies to help them cope. I certainly wished I had these skills when I was 16!


The Red Chair Therapy is offering stress management training targeted specifically for Year 11 and Year 12 students.  With small groups of eight students, this will allow for more personalised, relevant and interactive discussion where we will explore the following:

· What is & isn't stress: Fear, Anxiety, Good & Bad stress

· Recognise: How do our mind, body & behaviours react

· Resilience, bend don't break!

Self-belief; confidence, sleep 

· Taking back control: Our thoughts are not our reality

· Build your toolkit: Long lasting strategies to make life's stressors more manageable

Sessions will include light refreshments and time at the end for any questions.
